Nous y avons passé 2 nuits. Excellent service, l’hôtel a beaucoup de cachet.

Decent for price, but you get what you pay for. I had a renovated room which was really nice, but the rest of the hotel is under renovation. There’s no elevator and the staff didn’t seem to be in the best physical condition to help you carry your bags up. So keep that in mind.

Was zeer aangenaam enkel kon het raam niet dicht zodat het vlug klaar was smorgens

Dit hotel ligt zeer centraal dus is perfect voor een citytrip. Het geheel doet wat gedateerd aan maar onze kamer had een nette vernieuwde badkamer. We hebben niet veel tijd doorgebracht in het hotel omdat we voor de Gentse Feesten waren gekomen. Ik zou onze kamer niet aanraden voor mensen die ook op de kamer willen verblijven.

Oud, vuil. Tv werkte niet, ect ect

Underbart läge, trevligt personal, fint badrum, OK rum. Men ingen AC...

Not safe, garbage bin across the street, odd ways to get to room through outside stairs, foul smell, had to wash stuff that was out of bag to get rid of smell, cigarette butts out the front window and garbage out bathroom window that had no screen and could potentially be accessed by others, one outlet to charge things but you had to choose to charge or have the fan plugged in, not great when you are travelling and need devices charged, would have changed hotels when we found bugs but nothing available and unsafe to leave with a child late at night in search. Only positive I have is that their staff was super helpful, understanding and kind. I wish they worked at a spot that was better. Would not recommend staying unfortunately regardless of how helpful and kind the staff was.

Perfect hotel well within the core of Ghent.
