Harbourside Inn

This place is worn out. A/C doesn’t work, no restaurant. Overalll disgusting

The Hotel is nestled between a Liquor store and a food distribution bank for homeless people. Part of the Hotel is operated by Social Services to house at risk people. Rear parking is full of garbage, street people hanging around the front and back of building. Room was not clean, drapes barely hanging, air-conditioner not operating properly. Staff was friendly and trying to give us a good welcome but we felt unsafe.

Did not feel comfortable at all. Smelled like weed and cigarettes.

Location is great, staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel was filthy throughout. Floors in the room left bare feet black, corridors had bits of old food and broken furniture in. Lobby was used as overflow for shelter / soup kitchen next door.

Felt unsafe

Hotel smells, homeless drunk people in the lobby and outside. Previous food left over in the fridge, heating not working, microwave is not working, simple hand soap missing. My fault, I should have read reviews but at that price I expected at least clean and drunk free environment. Seriosly considering skeep in the car. If ferries would go over night I would not stay in the city at all.

No electrical outlet in bathroom.....one coffee cup....one sugar...no stir sticks....no ice machine in hotel...no tv guide, not even on any channels....poor bed mattress....problems with double charging (resolved)....one positive....night clerk was very helpful and apologetic.

the hotel is so dirty, bed bugs, dirty blankets, dirty floor, dirty windows. i cant belive expedia would even promote this property. its clearly an SRO. i ended up with bed bug bites, i want a refund.

I didn’t think I was going to a hotel catering to our most vulnerable people. 1. Bathroom was dirty 2.chair had fresh still wet stains 3curtains falling down from hooks 4. Tv mount broken and tv leaned to one side 5. Shower head held up by shampoo container

We had to leave in the middle of the night, they had bed bugs.
