Gran Hotel Sóller

Very friendly staff. Excellent service from day of arrival to departure. Restaurant food was delicious. Beautiful rooms and excellent location. Right in the heart of Soller.

Just returned from a week's stay at the Gran Hotel. As many others have already testified this is a fanatastic hotel. Great location, close to the atmospheric town square, superb rooms, a breakfast choice to suit all tastes, plus rooftop pool with a bar and an on site spa. All the staff from reception to catering and cleaning were friendly and helpful, just a shame I can't list them all. Barbara, Alberto, Sinthia, to name but three and not forgetting John, Mr Fixit. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Trying to escape the heat we thought we would try this hotels rooftop bar. It's right next to the pool area but partitioned off. Beautiful views of the mountains and the big church in the centre of Soller. A very friendly barman helped make this a very pleasant experience

Fabulous hotel and in a great location in Soller. Staff very friendly and nothing too as too much trouble would definitely make a return visit. We had a wonderful week.

Everything about this Hotel was First Class. Warm welcome by super friendly staff in all areas. Ideal location near plaza with Cathedral and many restaurants, and Tram station. Special mention for Ana at reception. Explained the area and offered help with anything we needed. A real ambassador for the Gran Hotel and Soller.

I have just returned home after a fantastic holiday at the Gran Hotel Soller, with my mother. The hotel is traditional and beautifully presented. The small pool and bar on the roof offers panoramic views across the town and valley with comfortable seating. The staff were really one of the highlights of our trip , so very accommodating and helpful . We loved our holiday and will definitely return .

This was our second visit and pleased to say their high standards have been maintained. Lovely hotel, great location, with friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms of a high standard. Despite being almost in the centre of Soller, the hotel grounds are secluded and tranquil. Easy walking distance to the main square, where the Trams run past frequently down to the Port of Soller. Evening dinner was of a high standard, in particular we enjoyed the breakfasts and eating outside in the lovely patios.

I stayed at the Gran Hotel Soller for four nights in June 2025. It was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff are beyond excellent. Every single staff member makes you feel welcome and at home, and they go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They are friendly and personable, whilst remaining professional at all times. There were several occasions where staff went out of their way in order to improve my stay. For example, i received a handmade packed lunch as i was leaving very early on my departure day. Sure enough, i was greeted in reception at 6:30am with a cappuccino and my packed lunch ready to go. This was totally unexpected, and a really wonderful touch. The facilities are also excellent. The rooftop pool is fantastic, offering panoramic views of the majorcan mountains. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and offer a great selection of amenities. I didn't try the spa, but other guests told me that was also excellent. This hotel went above and beyond my expectations, and i cannot recommend it enough.
