Gran Hotel Sóller

What a lovely Hotel, we stayed for 3 nights and had a fabulous time. The Hotel rooms (prime suite) were perfect, roomy, comfortable with all the mod cons you could want. The grounds of the Hotel are excellent and the staff were professional and friendly. Any request was met with a smile and tended to speedily. The breakfast was lovely, fresh hot choices ordered and brought to the table and then the buffet with a wide selection of fruit, yogurt, bread etc. I cannot fault this Hotel at all, ten out of ten for price, locality and wonderful staff. Very pretty location and surroundings.

Worth mentioning that I travel a lot for work, so don't usually bother reviewing hotels, but this is an exceptional place. If you're reading this, you already know how wonderful Soller and the hotel itself is, worth reiterating that the restaurant is fantastic, and the heated indoor pool and spa are a hidden gem. We also loved the roof terrace/pool/bar area with astonishing views, though it's unused in February we just sat about in the pale sunshine soaking up the serene atmosphere. The whole thing is classy but relaxed, it's stylish without being brash, it's designed for people to stay in, not show off. Tasteful and elegant. Love it. But the thing that sets this hotel apart from anywhere else we've been is the people. The staff and management are friendly, happy, relaxed, and unbelievably helpful. Personal and positive, at reception, breakfast, the restaurant, throughout - so relaxing, so assuring. Nothing is a problem, and I mean nothing. We had idiotically booked for NEXT month, turned up unexpected, no problem, we were offered a choice of rooms (luckily offseason) and refunding/rebooking/repaying all simply avoided by common sense and personal consideration. A lesser hotel could have ruined our holiday, instead they made it. We had no plans to return to Soller before we stayed here. We do now. Hotel, 10/10. People, 15/10.

Fantastic

Five star hotel right in the centre of Soller town. Everything about the hotel is excellent except the restaurant which is overpriced and offers very little choise. My advise is stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere. There are plenty of alternatives within a 10 minute stroll where you will get a better meal at a fraction of the price

We have stayed at Gran Soller on numerous occasions and always thoroughly enjoyed our time there.The hotel is kept very clean inside and outside. The rooms are immaculate, the food fantastic and the staff are without doubt the best compared with any hotel I ever stayed in - so friendly, happy and enjoying their work

Beautiful hotel with garden and leisure facilities Central Very helpful staff The restaurant serves good food and on a wed evening has a pianist The breakfast is both hot and cold choice and has inside and outside seating It is the only 5star hotel in the area and certainly deserves it's merit

Had a very enjoyable stay here, staff were very helpful, particularly when we had an issue with our room I particularly recommend the delicious breakfasts

Property is beautiful, staff is amazing. Mattress was too firm for me but otherwise a great stay!
