To Hotel Manager Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a theft that occurred during our recent family vacation at your property. I stayed in Room 2002 from March 25, 2026 to March 31, 2026 (Reservation No. N58283E3) along with my husband and our young son. On March 31, 2026, I discovered that $930 USD had been stolen from my purse. The purse was kept inside our baggage along with our personal belongings in the room. The incident appears to have occurred on March 30, 2026, while my family and I were away at the beach and the room was unattended. On that day, we had placed two service requests—one in the morning and another in the evening. During this time, housekeeping staff accessed the room for cleaning and restocking supplies such as towels and beverages. My purse remained inside the room along with our luggage throughout this period. As a guest, I trusted the security and integrity of your establishment. This incident represents a serious breach of that trust and has caused significant distress to me and my family, especially as we were traveling with our child. While we otherwise enjoyed aspects of our stay, this experience has raised serious concerns regarding guest safety and security. I respectfully request a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter, including a review of staff access logs and any available surveillance records related to Room 2002 during the stated timeframe. I also request that the hotel take full responsibility for this incident and provide a timely and appropriate resolution. Please treat this matter with urgency. We stayed in a Junior Suite with ocean view which was gorgeous. The rooms are either two double beds (extremely close together, as in centimeters apart) and a sofa or a King bed with a sofa bed. Since the two doubles and the king were almost the same, we opted for the King so we could have the sofa bed. This room fit one adult and two teen boys well. The service was exceptional everywhere. Staff was friendly. Resort was clean. A la cartes were really good food (except for the Italian place) but would be nice if the menu was mixed up a bit at them. The app was convenient to be able to see the menu, activities, and request housekeeping items. Very nice to have an on-resort doctor available and was utilized a few times. Please remember to bring your own sunscreen. I bought a spray Banana Boat one at the store by the pool and had a severe sun reaction to it. My boys had a minor reaction. The resort physicians stated they have been seeing this with this sunscreen. Great resort but I doubt I'd go back. I'd rather explore new places and also because we prefer a more tropical location than desert.

The property was beautiful and clean

I don’t like the policy for the restaurants. We had arrived for dinner at the steakhouse to eat at about 630pm and we were told they were done serving for the night since they reached their occupancy. Similar situation for the 3rd night we stayed and we had tried both of the restaurants we were excited to try prior to arriving.

Blanca was the sweetest server at the breakfast and lunch buffet. She always made it a priority to seat our large group. She was always trying to teach us better Spanish. She made the kids feel a sense of belonging. She is the reason we would travel back to the same resort!

Loved everything about our stay! Gorgeous views, delicious food, fantastic staff and prestige cleanliness and grounds.

Facilities, staff and location were amazing! Room was spacious and clean. I will definitely come back

Wspaniała lokalizacja, dobre miejsce do spacerów po plaży, 10 minut taksówką od miasta i Mariny. Naprawdę dobre jedzenie w restauracjach i barach, dobre drinki z praktycznie dowolnego alkoholu. Fajne baseny ( jeden z zimną wodą a drugi z ciepłą) choć jak dla mnie za płytkie. W kilku miejscach pilnie potrzebny jest remont - odpadające kafelki. Świetny serwis i na basenach i na plaży.

Pokoje nie są wygłuszone. Każde słowo wypowiadane na korytarzu słychać w pokojach co w połączeniu z tym że ludzie chodzą i pija 24h na dobę było dla nas bardzo uciążliwe. Sprzatanie pokoi bez szału, po prostu było.

Where to start… The hotel is beautiful! Views from the lobby are amazing! There’s4 pools, 2 of them have swim up bars 2 done but Have waiters that are very good about getting you drinks. Food is good. Blanca is in the morning and lunch buffet. Highly recommend her!!! She’s the absolute best!! I can’t say enough about her. Wish I could take her home with me lol. Now.. to the part that practically ruined our vacation. Don’t go in March unless you’re in college and are rude and entitled. We were told that there will be SOME spring breakers. In the description it says no spring breakers allowed. That’s crap. Over 3/4 of the hotel were then. They have no respect for other people and your things. Almost every day they sat on our lounge chairs by the pool, used our towels, threw our personal items that were on the chairs off. They scream down the hallways all night long. And I mean all night. Nothing is done to quiet them by staff. This place is beautiful and we vacation a lot. We’ve never encountered this before. Great place but I would not recommend going in March. As I write this at 6am there’s about 50 of them that decided not to sleep and are running and screaming about. Disappointing

Amazing place to go with a big group of friends/family or just you and your kids so many activities throughout the day and access to the other riu resorts that are within walking distance that have water slides and other perks throughout the day staff are super sweet and helpful The pool is temp regulated so it’s not super cold or to hot in the heat so it’s perfect for kids my 1 year old loved the pool and so did my little siblings Just a tip for restaurants some of them you need/should lineup 15-30 minutes before opening to get sat right away or you will be waiting awhile/get turned away But overall it was amazing
