Metro Hotel and Cafe

I love this spot! The cafe is absolutely adorable and there is so much attention to detail in the indoor and outdoor spaces. Kobe was so kind and showed me how everything worked in the airstream. He wrote down a list of reccomendations for restaurants and bars. He put out free red wine in the evening for the guests to enjoy! Such an amazing perk! In the morning, I couldn’t get the stove to light so I went inside and asked for help. The front desk attendant made a phone call to ask for help and was trying to help me light it. We were unsuccessful, but she offered to bring me hot water. She was very sweet and apologetic. I can’t believe I did this but I left a few of my favorite items of clothing in the closet. The maids held onto it for me for three days! I met Kobe in the morning to pick up my clothes. Thank you so much to the staff for taking care of me - I had been driving in terrible weather for two days from Colorado -> California and was a bit shaken up. Everyone made me feel safe and at home. Can’t wait to return!

Very unexpected and very funky in a very good way. A lot of thought has gone into putting this place together.

Parking on the street was not available in the evening and maneuvering a full-size pick up truck into their lot was a bit of a challenge. But I got in. Sat in the café in the morning waiting for about a half hour and never got the breakfast so I had to drive downtown to find a restaurant.

This is our 2nd visit to the Metro. You are transported back in time to an unforgettable French era. Crepes and killer coffee are served in the morning. We stayed in the awesome Airstream. Something different and very cool! Highly recommend this hotel if you want something very nice and also different. Love the Metro! Close to downtown also.

We have stayed at this adorable boutique hotel several times. And it never disappoints. Everyone is so helpful and friendly! The rooms are darling! Beds are very comfortable. The parisian atmosphere is so well done!! And you can’t beat the price. They even have airstreams you can rent to stay in, as well as bikes to ride around town. There’s a fire pit out back, which we have enjoyed several times. We highly recommend the Metro hotel!!!

The room and entire hotel was beautiful, clean, and unique. It was in a perfect location. It was definitely great value as it was one of the cheapest hotels in the area but seems like on of those hotels you would pay a lot for. Definitely reccommend this place.
