Nice comfortable basic. Not modern however well kept

Price was right, and reasonably close (10 miles) to where I needed to be. The place is easy to miss, as there is no direct road frontage (it is behind MacDonalds, but you don't have to eat there!). Hungry Horse pub across the roundabout provides good pub grub. Continental breakfast is adequate but not outstanding. Wifi has to be paid for, but was down anyway, so best to enquire first.

nice hotel friendly staff. easy to find just off the motorway and plenty of signs to show the way to the hotel.handy for the amminaties. the rooms where basic but every think you needed. the rooms and batheroom were clean . the only fault was stains over the carpet in room 2. carpet cleaner was in much of a need. we will be back.in another room or clean carpet..

Stayed for 2nights, Great room and comfy bed with lovely grassed area outside your door ( we where on the ground floor), Lovely bar over the road and cheap and lovely food and bus stop just over the road if you wanted to go it the city centre.

Room kept very clean

I had made a mistake booking my stay online but the receptionist put that right without any fuss for which I was grateful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but I couldn't find the power points to use the kettle. The breakfast was a bit sparse. Overall, for the price the hotel was acceptable.

Wha expected for the price . But bed had a large dip in it . Otherwise fine. Service was fantastic

Room smelt of old tobacco as if some one had smoked in it a week or two ago.Shower is good.

The hotel was very dirty including the bedsheets, towels, walls and bathroom. The water in the shower would change hot to cold within seconds, so you’re unable to shower properly. People in the other rooms were playing music through speakers which was very distracting and annoying. There were people smoking in the rooms below and the smell was coming up in to the room.

i needed a bed for the night, arriving at 10pm and leaving at 7am next day. the hotel is not posh but met all my needs and staff were friendly. also good price.
