Premiere Classe Coventry

Er, you pay for what you get. No real complaints as we are realistic, although a party in another room was blaring until 2am. Also the smell of weed was quite overbearing in our room. Staff were decent enough. The gilet is more a motel and a good shout if you are passing through or a couple having a affair.

Hotel room could do with updating take off the woodchip walls n replace desk very outdated bed was clean but matteress was like sleeping with zeepdy springs very noisey but our stay was not very good as from 1.30 am till bout 6.30 it was like a war zone people fighting screamin abuse drinking out side our door we were scared to move both of us are 60 and was very frightened told the guy on desk alan and he said yeh they were fighting cause of too much drink he said he was sorry it spoilt our night lol we explained that we had to drive back to cardiff his reply was have a safe trip two hrs sleep it was awful

Very basic room. The bedsheets were clean and so was the bathroom. There was a rust towel rack hanging off the wall and the water pressure in the shower made it unusable. I wouldn't expect to pay similar to a chain hotel for this level of room.

wasn't impressed what so ever, the room was shabby in desperate need of maintenance, doors and door frames need painting the utility shelf needed changing as it was blistered and worn. wash basin plug missing. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were to flat. Interior door didn't fit. Didn't like the cardboard cups! I dropped my earing, it rolled under the bed so I pulled it out and saw a lot of dust and rubbish under where the bed was, I assumed it had not been hovered up since the bed was put in the room. I was totally disgusted with the room and I will never stay in any premiere classe hotel and advise any of my friends not to stay in one either.

Water leakd from a pipe onto my bed and clothes overnight Moved to a room next to a gererator My items were moved the next day without permission and my phone charger went missing Management rude and unhelpful Told if I wasn’t happy I should leave (at 9pm)

the hotel ok but I would not stop there as it was not very good and not in town

Hotel receptionist was very helpful & friendly. But there was no towels in the room, so we had to wait to get some. The room looked tired & needs an update. The next day our bed wasn't made up very well & the towels were only replaced with clean bath towels no hand towels. The following day the bed wasn't made up, the towels were not replaced & although the bin had been emptied the rubbish was left on the chair. So very disappointed & we do not think we will use this hotel again.
