Premiere Classe Coventry

Room was cold, no blanket provided. TV didn't work and the towel they provide is only a handtowel. Not much help when you're 6 foot tall. Bed is too soft and i was woken by people arguing and swearing outside. I didn't feel safe. Do not reconmend

The staff were extremely helpfull, and very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean. The rooms were a little shaby and could do with a little upgrade. The location was very good

Very pleasant staff, very good value rooms albeit slightly dated but everything worked.

Was a cosy little room that was comfy Maybe add a few more movies to the tv’s andd bathroom light kept flickering Overall we enjoyed the stay thank you .

Service very poor as we waited for our towels 3 hours and got only hand towels and did not get bath towels

It seems to be trying hard to live up to its "budget" label by not cleaning tables, several had food on them, and not filling up the soap in the gents. The staff seem to have ample time to sort these things out but not the inclination. However, the breakfast was ok and not too pricey at £7.95.

There is nothing premier or classy about this hotel and "customer service" is not in their vocabulary! Having booked and paid for our room in advance my son & I arrived late last night after a long journey desperate for our beds only to find the place shut up and in darkness so were forced to find somewhere else to stay (which may have been a blessing in disguise as it looked dim and shabby from the outside). However despite me not being able to use the room I had paid for they are refusing to refund the booking. Although it did apparently state in my booking confirmation (which I hadn't noticed) that check-in closed at 10.30pm this wasn't clear at the time of booking. They had my mobile number which they could have called to advise me that check-in was about to close, and they didn't answer when I called them. I am not happy and will certainly never book with them again. I would recommend that nobody else does either!

Upon arrival at 11pm reception closed with a sign saying no check-in after 11. This was definitely not stated on the booking confirmation. A kindly Guest pointed me to a member of staff who lived on site who kindly checked me in, not sure what I would have done otherwise. Smoke alarm woke me up in the middle of the night to the stench of weed. Only a small hand towel in the room. Staff friendly. Hotel was poor.

It was clean warm an comfy, would use again. The staff were great and it was a peaceful night
