Premiere Classe Coventry

Staff I met were lovely. However he room was clean but also so hot it was unbearable. On booking there was no option as to wether we could manage the stairs which were fairly steep. My sister is registered disabled and we both found the stairs hard to manage. I was also concerned as to the fire safety aspects. We were in room 25 upstairs and in the last room at the end of a narrow aisle. There was only one flight of stairs InThe middle of the building. There were none at the end corners.

This was an overnight stop to break journey. Booked online via phone. Good range of facilities nearby to eat . Comfortable room. More of a motel vibe than hotel. On arrival we were welcomed with a smile and all staff were cheerful and helpful

Very convenient , dated but always pleasant staff, always kept clean, ex for dogs.

I didn't really expect too much as the price was the cheapest I found but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The reception area is pretty new looking and has a big TV in it. The rooms are tired looking and could do with a makeover.

Stay here for two nights on business trip in Coventry. Just off the motorway, ample parking, a few minutes away from the city centre. Check in and checkout was efficient . Staff very friendly. The room was clean. Toilet and shower including hot water all worked well . Towels and toiletries provided. The bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. WiFi was an additional charge but not much , and it worked well . Continental breakfast was adequate - toast, croissants , yogurt, cereals and hot drink . Full cooked breakfast also available if you wished to wait . Lots of popular chain restaurants all around, within walking distance, as well as a large supermarket and petrol station. Overall very convenient, clean and friendly establishment.

Close to the motorway , but quiet in the room. Lots of parking around. Lots of food options nearby. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and hot water in the shower . WiFi worked well. Breakfast was either continental or British . Not lavish , but filling. Would be happy to stay here again.

compared to my last stay I was disappointed this time. The shower over the bath was not working and while a maintenance person dealt with it , it made the bath tap unusual. The water pressure was sadly lacking when showering.

Apart from bar/reception the whole place needs refurbishment.Cheap and nasty poor quality fixtures and fittings, many of them damaged or broken fittings.Very poor housekeeping, would not stay here again. Helpful staff and good location are the only good things

American like motel stay, rooms are very out of date and need refurbishing. Sticky floors leave with sticky feet after you leave. £60 for the night(maybe due to the Coombe weekender) but still feel like is way to much. Should be the usual £30 charge. Perfect hotel if you in Coventry for an event or night out. But like I said, needs refurbishment. Welcome - Receptionist was nice and very greeting. Very welcoming! 10/10 Cleanliness - Room is clean, just out of date. 5/10 Nights sleep - I was drunk so I slept like a peach, the misses however didnt. (Only cause of my snoring) 7/10 Breakfast - We skipped breakfast so no rating Would we stay again... No unfortunately. Probably on of the least nicest hotels we've stayed in. But like I said if you need a quick stop... and dont have standards, it's yours!
