Très bon accueil. Chambre et lit confortable, tout y est. Le restaurant de l'hôtel qui est indépendant est très bien aussi. Très pratique, frais et excellent rapport qualité-prix.

"K stay, dirty bowl"

Front desk lady very helpful, but bathroom was clearly not fully cleaned (major item left out, though rest was fairly clean).. Hotel near highway, so noise prevented window from being left open at night.

Hotel avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix, bien placé, petit déjeuner très bien. Restaurant avec des frites fraîches. Ibis n'a qu'a bien se tenir? Je recommande vivement cet établissement

"Good value Hotel"

Hotel located in the suburbs of Caen. Easy to find . Staff was helpfull and kind . Rooms are quite old but comfortable and clean . They are doing renovations to modernize them. We tried the restaurant , it was like a bistrot very good, cheap and we loved the atmosphere . Breakfast was great also !

Une mouche morte sur la moquette, des cheveux dans le lavabo et autour, pas de gel douche entièrement vide... Malgré la literie confortable et l'absence de bruit dans la chambre, je n'y remettrai pas un pied.

"PERFECT OVERNIGHT STAY IN CAEN"

The Kyriad Caen Sud is clean, has free parking on site, the staff are friendly and it has a great restaurant. Our family bedroom had a large double bed and two single beds for the children with a good shower. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and am sure we will return.
