White Birches Motel

Gute Lage für unseren Besuch im Acadia Nationalpark. Es wurde zwar kein Frühstück angeboten aber an der Rezeption konnte man sich Kaffee und Kekse holen. Zudem hatte das Zimmer eine Küchenzeile und Sitzgelegenheit

Centrally located to the areas we wanted to visit

Nice kitchen area. Had everything I needed (even a cooktop). Great hot water for the shower. Fairly comfortable bed (could have been a little softer).

Poor soundproofing even compared with other hotels. I could hear conversations from the room next door. I could even smell when they slightly burnt their dinner. And I could even hear the toilet lever pop back up after every flush. I stayed at this hotel 20 years ago and rooms have been nicely renovated since then. Too bad they didn't put in some soundproofing during the renovation.

The room had a desk, dresser for the TV, 2 nightstands, 1 king size bed and kitchen area. There was plenty of room to move around easily. The bath was a walk-in shower nicely tiled. The only thing we didn't like was the water from the shower came out past the wall on the floor. We made a slight adjustment to where we stood and made sure the curtain was pulled and it was not as much water coming out.

Beds were very comfortable

Still too expensive. Paint job was not very good.

Clean and fresh room! Great stay and close to Acadia!

Easy to find and fairly nice.
