Our room was clean and quiet

Getting to the National park was easy, however we did see many options along the route that might have been closer. It served its purpose and the staff was friendly. The room needed a bigger trash can, the bathroom window was ajar and we could not close it, and the lighting options in the room were limiting….too bright with the overhead, too dim with just one lamp

I like the cabin style layout. I liked the decent sized room. I liked that the bathroom window opened to see the beautiful fall foliage. The protected parking lot and grassy lawns for children.

We had pretty loud neighbors after a very long day of travel. We called the front desk around 7:30 and she said she would try to get them to quiet down but was not successful until around 10 pm. Fortunately we had no neighbors the next night.

Stayed here 4 days and commuted to Acadia about 30 minutes. Nice comfortable hotel with groceries and restaurants just a few minutes away.

I am one who just wants a clean bed, quiet people staying next to me and a clean bathroom. I don't believe that should cost $300 just for 1 night. So I spent time looking all around the area I was vacationing in and found this place. It was clean, Quiet and the bathroom was clean. It is minutes from Ellsworth and easy to find. I was surprised that check out is 10am unless previously asked for a later time. And fall is the time for lady bugs so there were several in my room. Friendly check in. Drop off box for keys. Would stay again but would ask for a room with no stairs to climb for my bad knees. Enjoyed my stay

Clean, good location, really good value. Have stayed two years in a row. This year a longer stay while hiking and biking in Acadia. Less than half hour ride with some traffic. Away from the insanity of Bar Harbor. Handful of good local restaurants within five minute drive. We will return next fall to bike in Acadia and Schoodic Peninsula

Nothing really comes to mind

For the price, it provided a clean place to sleep with adequate amenities that was located close to many popular destinations such as the national park and bar harbor. The facility does appear run and worn down but was adequate and clean. We did not spend much time at the facility except to sleep and shower. They do not have regular room service which helps them save in cost. Overall, we liked the low cost and having a clean place to stay.
