Pinckeyville Inn and Suites

Very affordable. Not a lot of staff availability, but the ones there were friendly. The design is a little outdated, however, we were able to get a room that had just been updated and was very nice.

Liked the updates being made. We stay every year for family reunion. New mattress, flooring and fresh paint.

It has upgraded, very nice! They not done yet but you can see an improvement! Looking forward to staying again soon! Thank you = ) PS Need More bigger fluffier pillows ; )

There is construction going renovating rooms and only one desk person to check people in.

Heat/air unit was unplugged and electric outlet was sitting in a puddle of water in the floor. No phone in room. No TV remote in room.

Under construction, bed linens do not look washed in forever so luckily we brought our own and slept on top of theirs. The latch on the hotel door was completely broken off so We felt uncomfortable sleeping there so we tossed all night not being to sleep in such conditions. We found what appears to be a 2-way mirror in the room by the window that is definitely not a regular mirror like the one above the sink so we had to use a towel to cover it and had to take turns sleeping just in case anything sketchy happened. Lastly, the desk clerk knew I left my drivers license at the counter and she did not return it until I confronted her on keeping it and then she pretended to go up the elevator to what she referred to as the upstairs office to go get it but she was not gone long enough so I believe she had it in her pocket the second I confronted her and that she rode the elevator up and back down to seem like it was in a office put up but I know she had it right in her pocket. The staff there clearly look like they do meth and Give off that they are living in the hotel. We felt so dirty and creeped out staying there that we never even stayed the 2nd night that we paid for because of the sketchy room and staff. Definitely felt more like a MOTEL than a hotel.

This is a nice place to stay, very accommodating, friendly and very helpful!! Traveling for business, needed early check in, was so gracious and accommodating for my request!

Under remodeling, due to pipes freezing and breaking. Matress felt like it was from the 70s. Couldn't control the volume on the tv.
