No phone. Wasn’t told I had to pay extra for tv. Controls i room. No channel access. Accidentally locked myself out when went to get coffee in the morning. No one on duty at desk. Advised to call number on front desk card. I did call both numbers. Busy signal. No one picked up. Had to go and come back at 11:00 am to get my clothes. Got cleaning maid to let me in. Rooms felt bare. Cover on bed smelled dirty. Sheets were clean. I’ll stay somewhere else next time if there is a choice.

Property was easily accessible with plenty of parking.Did not try bar,heated pool or exercise area.These areas were clean and well kept.Loved the Roku TV.Put my info it was like having my home tv with me.Nobody was standing around seemed to have a small but efficient staff who care about the guest.

It is in a decent location and it was a fair price, so that is why I stayed there. But when I got there in the late afternoon my room had not been cleaned yet, so they had to search around for another room. I had asked for an upstairs room, but they couldn’t accommodate me with that. The staff were nice people though. The room was adequate but not great. It was mostly clean at least. The free breakfast in the morning was absolute Crap and no one had even turned the lights on in the dining room or put the chairs down off of the tables. I bet that they are probably not adequately staffed with workers.

Door wouldn’t lock. Front desk was nice and accommodating. Paid for late checkout then got locked out the room. Got charged for a service animal that was on the registration at check out. Noticed all night. Air conditioner plug hanging out the wall. Hole in the bathroom Door.
