Breakfast and location (walking distance to Napa downtown restaurants).

Airconditioner had a light directly in front and above the bed, affected sleep. Room quite dim.

Prefer better lighting for makeup

Very cozy…staff was good, really enjoyed happy hour and the hospitality.

Staff were non existent. Had to call around at check in to find someone to help. In our 3 day stay never had anyone greet us or say hello

Location. Quaintness

A quaint small Inn walking distance to the main parts of Napa town. The small dining room facilitated conversations between the guests. This made for a very interesting visit.

The lack of expresso coffee. Coming from Melbourne, Australia, we are used to high quality espresso coffee being available everywhere. Otherwise a great place to stay.

The breakfast was good, two time slots in the morning to choose from (830 & 915). The house itself was beautiful with loads of character. The location was perfect to walk to downtown restaurants/tasting rooms.

It being an older house, the water pressure in the shower was a bit lower than preferred. The walls are a bit thin, but our neighbors weren’t loud and quiet hours are enforced.
