Blackbird Inn

Finch House was quaint, but no place to store clothes. Had to live out of our suitcases. Room information was negligent. No access to sitting area.

Great communication from staff re early checkin and what's on offer. Wonderful happy hour in the afternoons and brilliant position.

Room was VERY small, walls very thin (you hear everything in the room next door), bed need replacing as my husband and I rolled into the centre all the time. Staff lacking emotional intelligence regarding do's and don't protocol - the duvet was simply too hot to sleep under, I took the duvet out, and we slept with the cover only which was perfect. The next morning I recieved a large text message telling me to 'keep everything together in the room'. I'm ok with this instruction however, it would have been better received if they had asked me first if there was something that could be done to make our stay more comfortable. The way the message was written did not make us feel welcome and clouded the whole stay. I'd stay elsewhere next time.

The location is near downtown, loved the balcony even though a little noisy.

Quiet and well run. Liked the happy hour and charcuterie board from 5-6pm Staff were helpful. Place was well run

Pela alta pontuação no booking, a expectativa estava alta, porém faltou informações essenciais no momento do check in, como por exemplo, disponibilidade estacionamento, definição horário café. Resultou que fui acionado via chat do booking durante o dia, e não consegui responder no tempo estipulado pelo local, quase “perdendo” o direito ao café da manhã que estava incluído na diária. Como sugestão, o staff poderia ser mais simpático e o cardápio do café poderia ser informado anteriormente, assim o hóspede poderia recusar algum item e evitaria desperdício comida.

The breakfast was simple yet very tasty.

The size of the room was mis advertised as larger than what it really was. The pictures of the room made the room appear large when in reality it was very small .
