"Cozy and peaceful!"

Location is perfect! House is comfortable and quiet hours are quiet! Staff was friendly making sure rooms were cleaned. Breakfast and happy hour served which is so nice at the start and end of great days!

"Beautiful B&B"

Beautiful home converted to a B&B. Beautiful woodwork, great history, comfy bed with a cute little patio, nice happy hour with a charcuterie and wine, very good location to downtown Napa, and good customer service.

The breakfast could use some improvement but nothing major.

It’s a very nice property and there are plenty of walkable options nearby. My only issue is that it’s next to a busy street so ask for a room on the other side of the building. They provide ear plugs too.

Our room was very nice but might be improved if there was more lighting as it was pretty dark. The staff was great and we enjoyed the breakfast options and the happy hour.

Everything about this place is perfect. So clean, comfy and friendly!! The Staff was exceptional! Scott the owner is a gem!! Such a kind soul. Mel the Chef went above and beyond for my breakfast as I’m GF. Martha and D at the front well, what amazing people! They made sure everyone was happy and accommodated. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend The Black Bird Inn! This is a very special place. 🙏💕

"Beautiful historic inn"

A beautiful and well-located historic home, close to central Napa. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The wine/happy hour was well-laid out and comfortable to chat with other guests. We enjoyed the bike path, for a ride down the valley.... very safe.

Instructions given by assistance/reception were not given in the friendliest manner (ie. quiet time ..'don't turn on lights yet'. Clean towels...had to request again. After asking where keys can be left at check-out.... 'it says it on the reception table') For the price of the stay: breakfast choice, limited.... if not liking breakfast of the day, one may miss out.
