Mövenpick Resort Aswan

Nous avons appréciés notre séjour dans cet merveilleux hôtel! Notre chambre a été upgradés et la nouvelle suite était très confortable sur 2 étages (salon et dortoir) Des petits attentions étalent offerts! Le personnel est très professionnel et gentils! Le jardin d’hôtel est magnifique et avec une vue superbe sur le Nile! Je recommande chaleureusement!

We stayed in the new part of the hotel and had a view of Qubbet el-Hawa. Beautiful and noiseless! Breakfast is excellent. The waiter Ramadan was very friendly at breakfast: skilled at his job, unobtrusive and communicative. We were literally "king and queen", just like Ramadan called us. I must also praise the waiter at the pool bar named Karem. Friendly, smiling and helpful. We were most positively surprised by the boat that takes you to Elephantin Island. It literally runs all the way around, so there is no problem getting to or from the island immediately. Boat transportation to and from the island is free. The choice and rating of food in the general restaurant is average, but it is exceptional in the Panorama restaurant. If you are at the Mövenpick Hotel, you must have dinner at the Panorama: beautiful view and above-average good food.

The furnishings in the room could be more modern.

Clean, beautiful and impeccable service. Especially loved the heated pool!

Nothing! They could have used more poolside service - there was a single waiter the whole time we were there and he tries his best we also would like a gym that is open 24 hours - we were long gone touring by the time it opened at 8:30 am

Die Lage des Hotels auf der Insel ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich schön und trotz der Überfahrt mit der Fähre sehr zentral. Die Aussicht vom Turmrestaurant ist einmalig, das Essen und die Bedienung von bester Qualität…, das Highlight des Hotels!

Das Zmorgenbuffet ist von der Qualität und der Auswahl her einem 5 - Sterne Hotel nicht würdig. Zieht man alles wichtige in Betracht, so stimmt das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis nicht!

Rather run down, quite dirty, poorly trained staff, water dripping through ceiling, certainly a long way from 5 stars.

Ahmed and Oneya were talented and professional as we had a duo Cleopatra experience. We highly recommend booking some time with them especially after travelling throughout beautiful Egypt.

Arrived late due to flight problems, which is apparently not unusual. The hotel is accessed via a frequent and efficient boat from the mainland. Fortunately the restaurant was open so we had a pleasant light meal. The room was excellent in size, comfort and cleanliness. The only negative was an ill fitting window which the wind howled through like a banshee on our first night, fortunately the wind abated for the second night Beautiful gardens around the hotel and a lovely pool area with bar. Second night we ate in the panorama restaurant which has unrivalled views of the city. We had an excellent meal and great service, highly recommend a visit here. Nike perch was delicious!
