"Frustrating experience"

The worst quality of food I have ever seen from breakfast foul & taameya are tasteless the cheapest kinds of cheese or cold cuts … lunch or dinner are as bad from salads to mains . The stuff are nice & trying to help but what can they do ? Change the whole kitchen system?! The pool area is very dull and guess what it is the hottest area as the floor is pure cement. Be careful the front Nile view rooms that outlooks the city are extremely noisy. Though the he hotel has a beautiful location but unfortunately very bad use of the place and very boring

Warm welcome from staff throughout our stay. Beautiful location. Wonderful room with view. Quick laundry service although we were informed by staff this was included when it wasn't. Hibiscus juice on rrival very refreshing. Staff on hotel boat very friendly.

Reception staff appeared off hand at times. Evening meal buffet very expensive if not included in booking ($50 pp). Some dust on shelves.

The Mövenpick Aswan is an absolute sanctuary! After an exhausting journey, we were heartbroken to realize our luggage hadn't arrived. However, the PR manager stepped in with incredible kindness, personally arranging for its free delivery from the airport. That level of care after such a long trip was truly touching. Beyond the service, the island views are unmatched and the pool area is pure bliss. A perfect stay!

I had an amazing view with a corner room and big balcony. It was very memorable. I also thought the service was amazing. I asked for some medication from the pharmacy, and it was delivered within 10 minutes directly to my room.

Hi I'm from Egypt I'm working at tourism and , I treat with Mövenpick staff, they are the kind and so positive, I recommend everyone to come and experience the Mövenpick hotel , and travel to aswan and reserve in Mövenpick hotel try the food , it's wonderful. It's good experience for everyone.
