"The New Hall Hotel and Spa"

Just returned from The New Hall Hotel and Spa. We Stayed in the Sirius Suite located at the top of the main house such a beautiful room with lots of history. The Spa has a well appointed gym, pool and choice of spa treatment. My partner had a nail treatment and body massage by Stephanie while I played the par 3 golf then used the gym and swim. The staff couldn't do enough. So a massive thank you to them. The hotel restaurant has wonderful food at reasonable prices and again the staff couldn't do enough for us. The choice at breakfast was again amazing and had everything you could ever want. A wonderful hotel with amazing staff.

"Grand looking place but disappointing room"

Stunning location and property. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Room was average but very clean. Comfortable bed with Hypnos mattress. Excellent breakfast selection good quality food and prompt service.

The bed pillows were dreadful, very thin with no support whatsoever. TV was rubbish too hardly and channels worked and difficult to access. It was just an hotel room, nothing special for such a grand looking place.

It’s always so clean here! Staff are so attentive. Imogen was an absolute angel in the spa helping my partner when he had a hypo! She made it her mission to find us some sugar. The pool is lovely and warm and the grounds are so lovely to walk around.

There’s only one small cubical for changing, that’s a personal thing as I’d prefer to shut my self away! Again, personal preference, would be nice to be able to order room service before lunch time for a super lazy stay!
