Good sized room, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. Even though we were next to reception it was quiet overnight. Receptionist and breakfast team were helpful. Great for a two star hotel.

We've now stayed three times (different rooms each time) - the staff are really lovely and very friendly. The breakfasts are very good. The accommodation is great value for money, and comfortable and clean (not luxurious, but you wouldn't expect that for the price), and it's really useful to be able to find affordable single rooms. It's great to be able to bring our dog too. Clifton is a lovely area.

One of the rooms was a bit on the hot side (but it was a heat wave).
