The staff were all friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable.

The sheets and towels were great quality! Location good. Breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The property is tired which didn’t come across in the photos. Bathroom wasn’t in great condition. Breakfast food was very average and the vegetarian sausages tasted like saw dust. I realise that keeping costs down is important but the eggs were delicious and a bit of an upgrade on the sausages would have made it much better

I'll start with the positives :- The location is great for walking into the city center or up to Clifton Village. The beds were comfy and clean. Our room was dated and very tired. The bathroom had a shower over a bath that was either cold or scolding with very low pressure. Stains on the bed throw were evident and seemed to be the same as the photos from another reviewer who stayed several months prior! Breakfast was unorganised. You have a half hour time slot to choose the night before. When we came down (for 09:30), it seemed that everything (except the eggs) had been cooked at the break of dawn and had been left to go cold! The continental breakfast had been taken away for some reason so our choice was very limited. Sadly, we left still hungry and went elsewhere for breakfast.

The staff were friendly and the location reasonably convenient as on the 8 bus route to the city centre and train station.

The room was a family sized room, yet the double bed was barely large enough for two adults, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. The room itself was mostly clean, but there was dried gum on the fan and the furniture and curtains visibly old and stained. The hot breakfast arrived cold and, when we went to get milk for our tea, it had curdled. The staff changed out the milk, but did not offer to replace the ruined tea. Very poor quality of experience for the price of the room.

More than everything you would need for a comfortable stay in a lovely part of Bristol . A great breakfast was included & I even had a parking space. Friendly helpful staff. Perfect!

A very warm welcome with a clean and comfortable room.

The kitchen was low on breakfast items, with no offer of alternative items. Although when asked, this was accommodated.

Couldn't fault this place. All staff were brilliant, professional, and helpful and no question was too much bother. I would highly recommend it.
