J’ai voulu déposer mes valises avant d’avoir accès au logement, la femme de ménage nous a super mal accueillit, mit à la porte. Les photos n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité, photo retouche avec la lumière, quartier qui fait qu’on est pas serein

Excellent location, so easy to access the train, bus, and shops. The facility is small but clean with all amenities included. Access to the suite was easy. The property management sent quite useless tips and shared access info which was easy to follow. The lock box is tricky to find but we eventually found it. Amply supply in the kitchen for everything, including some items left by previous guests like salt, pepper oil, etc if you want to use them. Air conditioning was perfect as weerher washroom hot these days for our taste. Management was friendly and was helpful answering questions immediately.

Beds were too tiny for two people to sleep in one bed. Also, those weren't comfy so could get an upgrade. Pillows weren't the best either so both nights we couldn't get good sleep.

La propreté de l'appartement, les équipements vétustes et dégradé. Vous dormez avec les voisins et les avions. Les volets d'une chambre sont cassés et ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir......

el apartamento no era como en las fotos, se mantiene bien, pero es oscuro, la claridad es muy poca, el parqueo es difícil

The location is excellent. Close to shops, restaurants, public transports, pharmacies. Excellent links to downtown.

The flat is in need of some work to keep it in good conditions. The toilet sit is loose, the sink is broken and it doesn’t flush properly, some of the windows are difficult to open and the external shutters are a nightmare. Very difficult to open or even impossible as it is the case in one of the bedrooms. The sofa in the leaving room is uncomfortable.

We stayed at Casa Oliveira for a whole week and it was such a great choice. We had available all what we needed and the space is nice and clean, plus full of light and right on the ground floor. We loved the neighborhood. Good restaurants and lots of options for shopping but also parks and green everywhere. Just at the back of the building there’s a tiny park with a couple of benches with all the morning sun, perfect to take out your morning coffee right from the espresso machine in the house. This part of Lisbon was new to us and we loved it. Sofia was very attentive to us with every detail. We’ll come back!

Smells like bleach

Reasonably close to Stadio José Alvalade, close to the Airport. Very close to lots of shops and great choice of restaurants. We’ll appointed , good sized kitchen. Nice shower, good choice of gel and shampoo. Washer/dryer. Safe, other residents quiet, aircraft did not affect our sleep.

We arrived on a wet evening, the flat was cold and damp. First impression compared to photos disappointing. We’ve recently enjoyed stay at 3 other properties in Italy so would consider us to be well placed to compare.I’m sure summer is better, when windows could be left open to allow air to circulate.Towels in appearance clean and white, actually really unpleasant aroma, I suspect not dried properly. Used floss stick left in shower. Too much pre used condiments etc in kitchen cupboard. Wet patch on settee, which did dry. Dining seat pads in need of washing. Some electrics didn’t work. Toilet seat insecure. We had the impression domestic inspection not robust. Difficult to get an ambient temperature, sitcom can be noisy.
