Lisbon Haven - By the METRO with AC

Really great spot for us. Close to everything and lovely area. Highly recommended

The location was very convenient for us and the check-in was easy (but all digital, we didn’t meet anyone). The communication with the host was also smooth. The apartment was warm upon arrival (we stayed in February) and comfortable enough.

It’s smaller than the photos make it seem, but that’s fine. However, the photos make it seem much nicer (and cleaner) than it actually was — there was no carpet in the living room, no pink pillows on the sofa, much fewer utensils and decorations in the kitchen and bathroom. The towels seemed humid and the whole bathroom was a bit shabby. A lot of dust under the beds too. In short, some of the amenities could use an upgrade.

Apartment is in a very good location, in a residential area of the city where you can easily experience local life. Communication with the host was smooth. Kitchen is well-equipped.

Not very clean and smaller than it looks on photos. In January, it was uncomfortably cold inside, and we couldn’t make it warmer. Host asked for a positive review, but definitely needs to fix some issues and ensure better cleaning. Toilet seat, AC control and some other staff is broken and could be easily fixed.

very noisy due to close location of airport. We couldn't sleep since 6AM because of the sound of jet engines. But the planes didn't take off at night, so there was an opportunity to sleep still

Good location, very quiet street (apart from the airplanes noise as it's close to the airport). Just around the corner from a grat supermarket, shops, restaurants and metro.

A bit difficult to find. Non responsive host. Inaccurate information about the parking. No parking is nearby (street parking possible for max. 4 hours). We found a cheap public parking 15 min walk away (Estacionamento Diário Campo Grande, daily ticket 3 EUR).

Clean comfortable location Transport from and the aeroport cost both way 14 Euro for 5 persons(bolt) Espresso Cafe.

Host need to find better way to communicate with guest. Whatsapp may be.(they are new in this business I'm sure they will be better in communication) In general good accommodation Thanks to the host.

The air worked great! Was only a couple blocks from the metro and about 10 mins from the airport. Was perfect for a long layover.

Not any fault of the owners at all but it doesn’t pull up correctly on gps so our Uber driver dropped us off on the other side of the building and when we ordered Uber eats they went there as well so like I said not a fault just be aware.

Clean and well appointed.
