Lisbon Haven - By the METRO with AC

The location is nice, walking distance to stores and transportation. The metro nearby takes you to most of the major sites of Lisbon. It also feels safe and pleasant to walk around the neighborhood. I also like that the keys were easy to get (locker next to the main door).

The most inconvenient one I would say is the toilet bowl seat which moves a lot causing you to fall (not safe). You cannot put anything on top of the white shelves on both bedrooms because they are loosely screwed on the walls. The bed was ok for firmness/softness but the width and length is barely enough for two adults sleeping together. We bought our own frying pan because the pans were no longer in good shape (lots of scratches). If you are sensitive to the sound of planes, then you might want to think twice as the planes fly really close to the property. Would also be nice if another set of keys were provided. The issues I mentioned here are mostly fixable. I wouldn't hesitate to give it a 9 if you got all of them fixed as the plane issue is something tolerable because the house is well insulated, you won't hear anything if your windows are all shut.

Good location in a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of useful information from the staff and clear instructions. The electronic locks were cool because we didn't need to worry about the keys. The AC was great, it was in every room and could be customized for everyone's preferences. Comfy beds.

Some doors to the rooms didn't close entirely, we had to put something behind them to keep them from opening. The shower was also pretty wild, the water kept alternating between scorching hot to ice cold without touching the faucet, I once got slightly burnt.

The location, close to the metro stations, in addition to the information and help of those who manage the accommodation. Very friendly, very helpful information, and attentive. Half a kilometer from the apartment there is a parking lot where you can leave the car all day for € 3.

Very clean and very close to lots of amenities, restaurants, and shopping. The host is also excellent with lots of good suggestions for places to go!

Good location for airline departures after 1 nite stay. Safe convenient residential neighborhood. Good communication and help from Sofia.
