La tranquilidad

La piscine est exceptionnel, les thermes sont pas mal mais c pas les plus beau du costa rica. On peux se mettre de la boue. Les jardins. La mini randonnée. . Beaucoup d animaux (iguanes,singes,oiseaux,koati)

La route est assez chaotique. Les montées a pied dans tout le complexe vraiment rien a plat. Le déjeuner a la carte on as juste droit a une assiete au prix de la chambre c surprenant. Le resto hors de prix et une petite carte. Pour moi le resto devrai faire plus simple au lieu de faire du faux gastro les gens qui viennent au costa rica veulent du local sans chichi , on est pas au Hilton. Une dernière reparle qui serai plutot pour l hotel si il lise les remarques. Un des bosses surveille tj les serveurs du coup personne n est naturel je pense qu il faudrait les laisser tranquille il.serai plus a l'aise. Il ne fait pas chercher la perfection on en perd le naturel. Si on veux ca on va a dubai ou autre

The hotel grounds are magnificent. The food in the restaurant. Breakfast is delicious. Dinner is pricy but also very good.

The dry and factual reception of Kevin. No welcome at all, just"fill in those forms (with details already given to the hotel at reservation time). He asked someone that want the credit card holder to also sign the credit papers which was plain weird, I asked payment with my local bank transfer but they didn't send the a hint details so at the end i had to pay in euro. This dry treatment is not really Costa Rican. The category of this hotel would make you expect better trained personnel for Check in and payment. Though they aren't totally unnice, welcome feeling was lacking for my entire group of 5 and I had to use money i didn't have available to pay. Also some details left us wanting. In the breakfast the orange juice comes from a powder beverage. Saucers don't match their coffee cups and they don't fit at all. The TV is too fast from the bed and too small. Nothing in the mini bar (even no water, later they told me they don't put water because the tub water is drinkable). We spent almost 800 EUR in ONE night here so ease expecting better.

Location and facilities were beautiful. Beautiful grounds and lots of wild birds around.

The reception staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The restaurant staff was nice and polite but dinner was overpriced and not tasty.

I stayed here recently for 2 nights. The room was large. Breakfast options were limited, and the service was poor.

Gorgeous bowl in the hills; peaceful; scenic. Pools were hidden in the trees at the bottom of this extensive property. Loved the peace and the fact that cars were not allowed. The “tax” should be electric not gas.

The food. Juice from a jar at breakfast a nd slow service. At dinner, one of my friends ordered rice and seafood: massive pile of rice, one shrimp, one mussel for big price. The vegetable lasagna was bland and tasteless.
