We liked that there was a restaurant at the hotel and the room we had was very spacious.

We did not see a hotel staff during our stay.

Accessibility for seniors is tough.

We liked the location. It's close to many attractions.

We did not like the room or its surroundings. Everything felt cheap and very lacking in care. Many things, including hot water and the door opener, did not work. The facilities did not match the value of what we paid. It was very disappointing.

Great location for Christmas market & restaurants. Cozy very comfortable

L'emplacement était parfait et nous avons eu un bon service.

L'insonorisation laisse à désirer. Je me questionne sur la présence des animaux. Des chiens se trouvaient dans la chambre située à côté de la nôtre et jappaient sans cesse le matin... . Plus ordinaire comme situation par un beau dimanche matin 😕

Such a grand location.

The location is excellent. The room is very clean and the bed comfortable. The on-site restaurant is excellent. A shout out to Charles for the excellent service he provided helping us settle into the hotel as well as his service in the restaurant!! Merci beaucoup Charles.

The bathroom in our room was within arm’s reach of the bed and unfortunately, the door was glass…..and not completely frosted or opaque glass. Glass doors don’t encourage the ‘mystery’ of what goes on behind closed doors! 🫢🤭
