"excellent location just little things become bigger things when not happy"

location and ease to move around old quebec

no lift nor mention of no lift - we are not that young to carry bags up old staircases - we are/were away for overr 6 weeks so it was not an over night bag it is a virtual hotel meaning no staff at premises

"great location, quiet room with comfy bed, nicely decorated-wonderful anniversary trip"

great location,large quiet room with comfortable bed, restaurant had excellent food,hours, staff and value

dusty baseboards, dirty stained carpet, shower was not closed off from the sleeping area which makes the room damp. there is no ventilation in the bathroom. the bar fridge was in the clothes closet which restricts the space for hanging clothes.the front entrance door was left wide open to the street and there is no hotel reception staff so rooms are more vulnerable to break in. Restaurant staff cannot assist with hotel issues. I did not like dealing with a contact over the phone or by email.we paid extra for earlier check in and room wasn't ready for 4 hours later-that fee was refunded. the digital key didn't work with our cell phone which required a manual key and more access delay and texting to contact.
