The location was perfect! Staff communicated well when I messaged them. The room was clean. There was an espresso machine and pods in the room with a mini fridge.

The bed was not comfortable, the WiFi was not good at all. The shower didn’t work properly and some parts were broken. When you flushed the toilet the tub drain gargled and it smelled like sewer at times.

HVAC system broken and we had attic room According to front desk maintenance person knew it was broken and we were not informed initially There was no other room available and there was no contingency plan by hotel Plumbing in shower stall kept dripping plus there was a significant amount of mold in the stall

L’emplacement et la taille de la chambre

Ne pas avoir su à la réservation qu’il n’y a pas de réception et qu’il faut se débrouiller avec une clé numérique qui fonctionne plus ou moins. La chambre 1 mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement la moquette est tachée et la salle de bain pas nette. La cafetière n’était pas vidée.

Le bruit ! Les chambres 20 30 et 31 ( surtout la 30 et 31) étaient extrêmement bruyantes à cause de la soufflerie de la cuisine qui soufflait sous les fenêtres !
