L’emplacement idéal, le personnel et notamment Sandrine qui ne nous a donné que d’excellents conseils de visites et restaurants correspondant à nos attentes. Un grand merci à Charles qui nous a attendu à une heure tardive pour monter nos bagages au 3eme étage. Une équipe vraiment investie et dévouée au service ce du client. Bravo !

Si c’était à refaire, surtout pas de chambre au 3eme étage mais nous avions été informés préalablement.

"Mini vacay"

I loved the location, the staff were helpful and attentive.

It's no fault of the property, as I wanted to stay in a historic building. We were on the top floor and there is only stairs. Next time I will choose a lower floor.

"Charming & comfortable accommodations in Old Quebec City"

The location in Old Quebec City is outstanding. The building is charming and the rooms are very comfortable. Sandrine at the front desk was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Jessica was an amazing waitress at La Buchette which is a great restaurant/bar attached to the hotel.
