Check in did not give us clear instructions on how to get to our room Not enough staff on reception Lift to floors totally inadequate and very small, hence only used it for luggage Bathrooms need upgrade as shower was a mixer tap Outdoor swimming pool - dominated by noisy kids in pool - needs one swim lane in pool
GBWe didn't have breakfast as we were self catering. The location, the apartment was very well organised and the views were good.
The only downside was the balcony which was usable but was in need of a good clean and renovation.

So expensive for food £26 each for breakfast ! The pool outside was rammed with non residents who bragged about just walking in no staff on hand Pool was dirty and so much rubbish Picture of what the pool is marketed as and two of the reality 🤬
GBLovely room, huge sitting/dining room with kitchenette, original features - fireplace - as our room was in the old house. I wasn't expecting a full size apartment!

GBIt was really lovely. We had the most beautiful view from our room. Couldn’t have wished for more.
It was situated a minute or two from the ferry terminal and the train station and convenient for the town. Didn’t use the car again which made it all stress free not having to find and pay for parking. Staff very friendly and so helpful. Thank you.
