DEDas weitläüfige Gelände der Unterkunft, das Hauptgebäude und der wunderbare Ausblick auf den Hafen waren großartig. Die Kinder waren glücklich mit den beiden Pools und den weitläufigen Rasenflächen zum Ballspielen. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern.
Die Küchen-Ausstattung unserer Ferienwohnung war recht bescheiden. Um für eine vierköpfige Familie kochen zu können mussten wir uns z.B. erstmal Töpfe und Pfanne erbeten. Auch der Toaster war defekt. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns aber alles, was wir brauchten, nachgereicht. Lediglich Auflagen für die Liegen auf der Terasse wären noch schön gewesen.

THE APPARTMENTS ARE NOW IN NEED OF REFURBISHMENT , WE USED TO OWN A TIMESHARE AT THIS RESORT , AND FOUND THAT WE HAD BEEN BOOKED INTO THE SAME ONE . THE DECOR WAS THE SAME AS WE REMEMBER AND THAT WAS 30 YEARS AGO.
GBFacilities like big indoor pool and plentiful outdoor areas. Location nearby the pier for ferries to IOW day trip. The table games in the apartment. Staff very friendly.
The apartment had some dirty utensils, dishes. Would be good if staff checked the quality of cleaning between guests. There was a shower gel but no hand soap.
We were wowed by the size of the accommodation, but the furnishings and decor was very dated (1980s). In addition the carpet was very unclean which made us worry what else was not clean. It was almost impossible to use the oven as all the temperature markings and oven settings has worn off. We guessed. The property could be really amazing with a bit of updating and thorough cleaning. The leisure facilities were nice and not nearly as rundown as the block we were in.
GBGBlocation is excellent - easy reach to both the New Forest and nearby beaches facilities did include anything a family may need staff was helpful and polite

NLZeer ruim appartement met een mooi zicht op de haven. Veel groen en ruimte op het terrein. Heel mooi!
Het is misschien allemaal wat gedateerd maar dat past eigenlijk wel in de sfeer.
