Amaka Calma Tulum by Cercana

The area felt very safe and walkable, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel was very chic, calm and we had a great time here. The plug in the bathroom didn’t work which was quite annoying as we couldn’t get ready in front of the mirror. Otherwise, great hotel! If you want to spend a lot of time in the hotel zone or at the beaches, maybe stay closer to the beach because we spent a crazy amount on taxi fees. Anyway, lovely hotel, safe area, and beautiful balcony!

Nice. The rooms were very clean and the apartment comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

We received a different room for the second night, which had a locked connecting room with a sliding door, which was not soundproof. We heard everything from the adjacent room as though the guests were in our room. These rooms are definitely to avoid.

Great property, the rooms are big and well equipped, there is a few restaurants around the area, staff was friendly

The room was too humid and cause a smell to it the pool too cold and the roads bad with potholes all over the place

The outdoor is beautiful

Half of the light bulbs were blown, some of the wall outlets didn’t work, the bath towels were stained. The staff wasn’t very fresh and certainly not helpful.
