Las instalaciones, el lugar se nota que le dan mantenimiento, los jardines están impecables. Carlos bellboy muy atento y servicial.

La Señorita de la recepcion que me tocó para el check out, hacía muchas caras como burlescas y pareciera que no le gusta su trabajo o no le gusta tratar con huéspedes.

"Not bad for one night"

The location was good - approximately 30 minutes’ walk from the Malecon. It was nice that it was pet friendly and had a dog park

It is old and needs a refresh. My booking appeared to include breakfast, which was denied at the desk. There is no elevator.

"Well Kept Property - that grows on You"

We loved staying at Puerto de Luna . We visited for a few nights in both 2025 & 2024 while in PV for 6 weeks each year .We really enjoyed it's central location & ambience. The location is across MX200 [Av Francisco Medina Ascencio] from Villa del Palmar. There is a staffed entrance driveway and pleasant check in staff. Everything is very clean and well kept with nice gardening The onsite restaurant was great for breakfast & lunch .There is also a local popular Food Court at the road entrance that is well priced for dinner.The good size pool is central but generally quiet and has shaded areas if needed. The property is about 45 years old with each suite having it's own mini split air conditioning. The decor is Classic Mexican with lots of tile , some dark wood and Flintstone style sofas that can also also be used for sleeping.. There are no elevators in the various buildings. We stayed in a ground floor poolside one bedroom of about 800 sq.ft. Nearby is a Soriana grocery store in Plaza Caracol. Puerto de Luna does have a laundry room with recent model washers & dryers. There is beach access nearby if you walk across MX 200. We will return.

La ubicación es buena El mantenimiento e instalaciones son buenas El personal es atento y eficiente En general es un buen hotel, en el cual se pasan unas vacaciones o estadía confortantes La alberca tiene buen tamaño y clima del agua excelente.

El espacio de las habitaciones fue muy reducido, en esta ocasión acudimos 4 personas para una habitacion pero si quedó muy justa. Claro hay una habitación mas amplia con sala de estar pero incrementa bastante el costo para poder tener un poco mas de confort. Pero en general todo bien y limpias las habitaciones y baños.
