"Staff soured the entire experience."

The pool was great, the size of the apartment was good, and the bed was comfortable. Also, the restaurant was lovely, good food and amazing service.

The security guard was very rude and intimidating.. followed us and cornered us with the guards at the front gate and interrogated us because we walked into the open air restaurant to look at the menu. (While it was closed with no gate or door or chain restricting entry.) They wanted our room number and other details even though we had checked in with one of them the day prior. Upon checking out, we went to the front reception area to sit while we waited for our Uber to go to the airport and Juan the front desk attendant said we could not sit there because we were not part of the hotel.. we literally had one small bag each and were sitting for 5 mins. He got the manager involved immediately and usshered us out of the reception sitting area. It overall was brutal and unnecessesary and the staff soured the entire experience. Not to mention booking.com quoted the price as $500 CAD and the hotel charged $500 USD so now I have to sort that out.

"Snowbirds on way back to Canada "

It was great! Location perfect as we were next door to the Food Park. Just a few minutes to airport as well. They made our dog feel special, and gave us doggy bags. They also had treats for purchase. Rooms are very basic, no hair dryer but the bed was very comfortable and room was quiet!

Little green oasis in the middle of Puerto Vallarta. Great for people travelling with a dog. Only complaint is that the place is a little worn out in places, but price reflects this. Great little cafe on site. All staff are very helpful.
