Lots of dog barking. Room needs upgrading. Walkable to many reataurants shops grocery.

Very clean and quite with beautiful grounds

Had to crawl on hands and knees to find an electric plug in under bedside table. Had to go to front desk to try and find internet password. From a book, they gave me 2 passwords for adjacent rooms because none existed for my room. They were a combination of about 10 letters and numbers each. Were the Os, zeros, or Ohs? Never did get logged in to internet. Decided to try and watch the news on TV. They had Netflix, Disney, Prime, etc., but no local, US or Canadian news. Decided to try and watch a movie. Found one with English title, and after about 5 minutes of ads in English, the movie started in Spanish. No computer, no TV, went to bed at 7:30!!

The room was typical older mexican style but very clean, functional with good a/c. The grounds were beautifuly kept with a manucured botanical garden that I enjoyed everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to say thank you to Carlos for all his help. He was the best!

It is like an oasis in a very noisey city.

Both the bathrooms had black mold around the sinks and in the shower enclosure, the shower drains in both bathrooms drained very slowly, the kitchen sink was dirty around the taps, all this when we moved in.

the grounds are beautifully cared for pool is exceptional

four adults were booked to stay in a junior sweet. 2 sleeping in a separate bedroom was good, for two others sleeping on 2 sofas in main room - there were two pillows, and one sheet!!!! All of us being seniors, and after a day of travel, we had to go back to reception and ask for the basics, as there is no phone in the room.

The setting and location and quality of the resort is very good. My family stayed there in March 2001 when it was a best western and caked the Punta de luna It was great to have recently stayed there and we plan on coming back next January Can you give me some background or history of the resort and how you have apportioned the rooms, eg long term rentals, short stay thank you Doug

Nice gated hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops around it. It was nice to be able to park our car onsite. The garden and pool area was our favorite part along with the in house breakfast restaurant. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. The one area of improvement would be the bathroom felt old and dark which created the illusion of it not being clean or tidy. Nothing that would stop us from staying here again. Overall it was a nice stay.
