Good location just tired

Unresponsive and poor manners of the lobby staff, disrespectful behavior. Dirty room, soap on the shower walls and floor. A live roach on the curtain of the room. Hairs on the towels. The bellboy was a positive aspect of our stay. He was helpful and attentive. Good Internet connection.

Homeless in front of the property asking for money i felt unsafe

It needs remodeling

El hotel está bastante descuidado y abandonado. Hay pocas personas de servicio, no tienen habilitado el restaurante, ni servicio de bebidas, parece hotel fantasma. Las habitaciones están descuidadas, no sucias, pero su estado de abandono hace dudar. Bastante decepcionado.

Perfect location. No elevator. Only draw back is that you do need to call in advance for the parking lot to be opened. And the parking is overgrown with weeds.

Avoid at all cost. Good value on paper, airport shuttle, breakfast, clean, close to everything. In Reality: Dirty rooms, stained sheets, bugs in bed (woke up to 2 large bettle bites on leg and arm).. went to staff to explain, they gave me key to room next door (same withoit bugs).. had to change hotwl in the morning but staff did not understand English enough to negotiate refund. Also No airport shuttlw and hotel never responded to shittle requests via Expedia.

The hotel is perfectly located on the lake, next to the isthmus, allowing access to the island. The lake, the hotel grounds, rooms, kitchen - all have a good rest. Pay attention to the signs prohibiting entry with weapons ...
