Staff was amazing... pool wasn’t clean. No hot water, no WiFi service in my room. No microwave (it said microwave when I booked)

Elevator was broken at the time of stay. Staff didn’t seem knowledgeable about the tours around Flores/Peten. The pool was unclean at the time. The scenery was really nice and staff were nice/polite otherwise.

Parking lot doesn’t have easy access to the hotel and the elevator was broken couple more things WiFi was not working properly the front desk provides a wrong information about the tourist

"I really recomend this Hotel."

I higly recomed this place. Excellent service,beautiful rooms, beautiful view and good price for the excellent service they provide. We were looking for a last minute place to stay one night and found the best one. You can even eat across the street.

"Ideally situated hotel"

Dark reception area and hall way, no wifi signal in room. Staff ok but limited English. Free drinking water and toiletry only supplied on first day. Lake front position with good view, opposite a shopping Mall and beside bridge to Flores.

Good enough. Tired after a long day of touring. Good location. Clean rooms. Cold AC. Able to walk across the river where the restaurants and clubs are. Only 10 min walk

"Hotel next to lake, not too bad"

Elevators didn't work, had to go up 3 floors with luggage. Breakfast not included, it should be with such high price. Hotel closes early and have to ask attendant to let you in parking lot and main lobby. Overall it was semi okay.
