1802 House Bed & Breakfast

It was simply delightful. Clean, quiet, incredible breakfast. Highly recommend. We will be returning. We celebrated our friend's 50th Wedding Anniversary and the flowers we had ordered online before arriving were perfect! We have stayed at other more expensive closer to town B and B's in Kennebunkport and we like this better.

Loved my stay!!! Room was spotless and comfortable. Loved the soaking tub!! Staff were friendly snd helpful. And the breakfasts were wonderful! Could not have asked for more!

the breakfasts were superb. hand made fresh baked goods were made every morning. the environment was very quite and by a 15min walk you are in the main square. the stuff was freindly.

the price was way above what we got. it is nice and good b&b. but when we came the toilet was dirty. one of the lamps in the shower room doesnt work. the public filtered water dispenser, didnt work. there were tiny things like some of the windaws cant stay up, or cant close. it didnt bother us but if we pay expensive price for our stay we expected for more.

Lovely accommodations, gracious and helpful service, the best breakfast ever! We especially enjoyed that it was removed from the bustle of the village, but a perfect walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. We hope to visit again!

Good breakfast, convenient location to downtown

Our stay at the 1802 house was amazing! Our room was perfect. The breakfasts each morning were out of this world! We started with a homemade muffin, then a yogurt parfait with fruit(though that doesn't do it justice-drizzled with special sauces!) and finally the main course of either pancakes and bacon or a frittata and homemade bread. The innkeepers were very warm and hospitable. In the afternoons, the wood stove was on and we sat there and read our books, with a glass of wine! It was the end to a perfect day! Thank you Julianna and Lars for a special getaway!

Beautifully maintained and decorated historic property walkable to downtown Kennebunkport. Pretty bedroom with gas fireplace and sweet, cozy bathroom. Very nice linens, though bed was softer than we are used to. Lovely breakfast with fresh muffins and bread baked by our hosts.

Our bed was a bit soft, making side sleeping uncomfortable.
