Marco Polo Boutique Hotel

My room was very small. Towels were very old. Elevator runs only from 2 and 4 floors. Breakfast was same for all days.

Hotel staff friendly and helpfull. Room s clean and Comfortable

The Marco Polo Hotel is an island of luxury in old Saint Petersburg with gleaming rooms, fine free breakfast, and helpful staff who bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable and our bullet train reservations a breeze. The only things I wish they'd had was fresh fruit on the buffet mornings...but we bought some at nearby markets and brought it in; maybe they'll get the hint--and the fact the city is on a series of islands. We had to leave the hotel at 2:30 AM for a 6 o'clock flight as all the bridges are opened for river traffic at 3 for three hours.

It was such a delight staying at Marco Polo hotel. The location, hotel ambience, service, and breakfasts are excellent. We will stay here again!

Отель находится близко от любого транспорта, идущего в центр. Красивые интерьеры отеля радуют глаз. Вкусные завтраки с кофе из хорошей кофемашины. Уютные номера.

Hallo, no entry to lift from 1 floor, we got 2 pcs big suitcases and it was a problem. Hotel ask to pay a "registration tax" which is not usually in hotels. We were in about 20 hotels in Russia and this case was first time, it is for us not OK.

Проживали семьей в отеле с 30.05.2015 по 04.05.2015. Отель нормальный. Завтрак однообразный, но вкусный! Всего достаточно. Номер был бизнес. Небольшой. Из минусов по номеру - отсутствие чайника и старый телевизор (для 4* нужно поменять телевизор точно). Расположение удачное, до центра можно дойти пешком (15 мин.). Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. В целом все понравилось.

Great Hotel. Perfect location. Friendly staff - they have responded to all my requests immediately. Delicious breakfast, doesn’t look too varied but I got everything I need. The room was brilliant - big enough and at the same time very cute. As a minus – in such a good hotel lift can be better - it`s too old .

Nice hotel close to the city center. The first room was next to smoking one and we felt the smell of cigarettes, same day we were given the new room, which was specious and cozy. The hotel provides lots of services for tourists! It is easy to get tickets to the theater and excursions with help of reception desk. We ordered private excursion to Peterhof (by car with English-speaking guide). We had amazing time! The offer is great for visitors. The building is very old-fashioned and has outstanding Russian atmosphere. We had a dinner in restaurant was so tasty! (and they also have a fireplace in the restaurant). It is just 5 min by taxi to get to the city center. We will definitely come back

On business with an extra day to sightsee. My room was on 5th floor and had to go up/down many steps to get to my room. A little difficult if carrying a business case and other luggage. The doorman was excellent and he carried my luggage when checking in and remembered when it was time for me to check out. Room was spacious and very clean. Restaurant was open 24-hours so no problem to get a meal if checking in late. There was a wedding party one night that was rather loud one night, but all the noise ended by 9 PM.
