"Kick away 2 stars from any Russian hotel"

4.0

Business or standard room are the same, this what I was told in the hotel even I was charged for business. For laundry, they wanted me to bring them to reception my staff and when I told them I'll pay extra they sent someone. The funny thing is offering to rent an umbrella for 200 rubles (7 USD$) per day, and offering to rent a DVD player for over 10 USD$ for 3 hours ;) No lift in the entrance, you should carry your luggage to the 2nd floor then to use the labirint and try to find the elevator.. The elevator itself should be displayed in a mesum. Food is nice and people are really nice, but this like everywhere in St. Petersburg! Hotels and services are hard to be compared to Dubai, especially what you get for your money. Find another hotel and pray for me for this advice.

"Excellent Location"

10.0

When the room was cleaned I could not find the "Do Not Disturb" sign. I asked for another at the front desk. They gave me another and included gifts to "compensate" for my inconvenience. I later found the sign in the room where it had been all along. This was indicative of my stay. Everything was great. The free breakfast was not small or "skimpy." It was a nice buffet and the service was good. My only disappointment was that the fireplaces were not being utilized, despite the snow and cold weather. The accomodations were outstanding.

"nice small hotel relatively close to the center"

8.0

It is a nice hotel relatively close to Niefsky prospekt, 3 blocks from the Metro station. It is situated in a relatively quiet area and it is 10 minutes walk from the metro. this is comfort for the transporation from the airport. Do not try the taxi service offered by the Hotel-way too expensive..The service was nice, people in the hotel very friendly, but the room was never cleaned. Everything extra was charge. The water of the bathroom was red at the start but then it become normal. I recomend this hotel for someone was wants quiet and relax.

It is on an island. Mind the rising bridges at night. Good breakfast.

"not so good service in perfect location"

6.0

There was no assistance from staff with our suitcases, and for two young girls it was extremely difficult to get to the room. The check in was extremely long. They never managed to repair the air condition in the room, which was leaking, during our 10 days stay

"woul not go back"

4.0

very dissapointed. hardly 3 stars defintley not 5 or 4. weve booked 3 persons and got a double bed. when we asked to change room they didnt care. very poor breakfast. basic room. they left us with the same towels for 3 days when we asked for fresh towels they told us they can supply it only in the morning. even toilet paper was of the lowest quality soviet style. i really cant understand how they are rated 5 stars.
