"Weird floor plan and access, won’t stay here again, can’t recommend"

Bed was comfortable, room and UPSTAIRS bathroom was clean.

In my my 40 years of traveling, I have NEVER encountered a room where the bathroom is one flight of above the bed!! Nor have I ever had to take luggage up 3 stairs to get to the closet sized lift, then lug the luggage up a half flight of stairs to get to the room entrance where the bathroom is,then down a full flight of stairs to get to the bed and unload the luggage. When someone had to go to the toilet at night, the bedroom level was flooded with light from above! “Smart” TV was useless because internet wouldn’t sync and the staff gave some bullshit answer about no signal because of the thick walls…yet our iPhones and iPad synced up fine
