"Don't trust the photos."

Nothing.

It was a very shady place. The room was very dirty and the bed had a lot of bed bugs. It was itching while I was sleeping. There was very less parking space. A lot of dirt in this place.

"I didn't stay at all just put my luggage take bath and leave."

nothing except location.

staff at reception. room is worst. it is dark hotel. the picture on your platform must be verified or Booking.com should put the date of the picture on each property. Early check in was requested with additional amount but after reaching there no room was ready and someone was leaving so they give me that room and also took too long and I missed my train to Prayagraj and then I have to book the cab with INR 6000/-(excluding food for driver). I am requesting to booking.com to refund the room and charge them and also for my cab. I pay the money INR 300/- for early check in and they told Invoice will come online, till now I didn't receive the same. Why Booking.com approaching Oyo??
