Unhygienic, poor facilities, staff was rude, my door was broken, room had a bad smell, washroom was leaking water all night, not even a towel was provided.

The photos don't go in hand with the actual place. The walls are half painted and unruly finished. Cupboard hangers were broken and I hung my clothes on the wall wherever I found any free nails. I don't know how well the sheets were cleaned and how much bodily fluid was on them.

The Room was comfortable. Very good distance from Airport. Cabs are easily available.

They could not provide food in time. I have not received my bill copy or money receipt against my payment. Hotel board is not available.

The staff (mainly guy at the front desk) was very rude and argued for the entry details. In spite of providing all 3 ID proofs made me enter all 3 people staying in the room me, my wife and my son. This was the first of its kinds in my 10s of stays in various cities /tourist places. Usually the main person whose name the room is booked plus the number ideally will be written in other hotels. Any which way I was providing 3 ID proofs. Secondly even a single water bottle was not provided, soap paste and brushes were any way not expected after all this happened...one towel and a small soap was given after we had asked a couple of times.

Hospitality is missing. Looks like they're taking for granted the customers, as they are a bit closer to airport. It's around 3 km far from Airport, not as mentioned in the booking.com site like around 5000feet away.

I already told the property that I am a Malaysian and have OCI and two person going to stay. My friend went earlier to check in because my flight was a bit late. He was told that the hotel don’t have form C and foreigners not allowed to stay.

GIVING WRONG INFORMATION . Why don’t you tell earlier you don’t have form C
