The property was not good there was no water there was no mug we were asked to move to another hotel as this was full and the other hotel dis not have any of the basic amenities

We were sent to other hotel as the hotel was full and the other hotel had no water and there was no mug and at midnight around 1 am we were supposed to go to another hotel

There is no windows for the room, no ventilation, no exhaust fan, not clean, walls are having bad stain Bath towels not given , no bath kit. No drinking water . Even auto is not available in that area. Even complementary breakfast not given . No near by hotels, Staffs are roude

The property is old and walls are having water sippage. My room was smelly. TV was not working. One hour wasted in reporting still did not work then changed to worse room. Towels were NOT provided till 10 pm saying laundry delayed. Then 1 towel provided by a peon. Day supervisor was HOPELESS, worse in tone and telling you have not booked 5-star, you will get only this BAD room. Pictures on website are deceptive and WRONG. Behaviour of supervisor in staff is TOO BAD and shouting.

We have booked the hotel from booking.com for 30th to 31st January 2025. We were travelling from Prayagraj to Lucknow for stay at the hotel. The hotel confirmed our stay on call at around 1:30 pm on 30th January. As there were traffic restrictions at Prayagraj we could managed to take a bus to Lucknow only at 08:30 pm. I called the hotel to inform that we would be late but would surely arrive at the hotel, please keep the room for us. But when we reached the hotel at around 1:30 am on 31st we were informed at the reception that there is no room available. We we try to show our booking, the guy at the reception rudely told us that you had booked with the agency (OYO or booking.com) but not with the hotel. Some guests has given a higher price so they have given the room to someone else. We were stranded on the streets of Lucknow at 1:30 am on the night. This is a fraud from OYO and booking.com. Concerned authorities should look into this matter seriously.
