The room was full of dust. Also after complaining, they said they'll clean the room but Nothing was done

Fantastic Location and large bathroom. Cons: small room, old bed and thin mattress, no usb charging outlets, over rated, old property.

Front desk personnel were courteous, professional and customer service oriented. They answer all our requests and were very helpful. Housekeeping was exceptional. The hotel has a good restaurant. The location was very convenient and safe.

good location but I think its definitely NOT a 4 star I would give it 3 starts. Clean but small rooms and OLD. Need renovation.

The location was excellent in downtown Madrid.

This location is central in Madrid and close to a ton of great restaurants, bars and clubs. The staff was kind and helpful as well.

Very clean and wonderful staff, however, the outdoor noise was horrible and sleep was difficult till about 2:30 am
