ITC Infantas by Soho Boutique

From the moment I check-in all the way to check-out, my stay was excellent with a front desk always happy and ready to assist you in any way possible! Even housekeeper was very friendly and approachable. Location is great with just one block away from La Gran Vía, surrounded by restaurants, bars, stores and nearby Starbucks!

There is nothing good about this property . No coffee in the room breakfast is served very late

Great location, wonderful staff, terrific room, and just a generally great vibe in staying here. Near many great restaurants & attractions. Everything was fantastic!!! We would stay again anytime!

Nice hotel; great location.

Excellent simple hotel by all the major sites. Very quiet even though it’s in the heart of the city. Some taxi may not know the place since it’s on the quiet part of the street.

Hotel and front desk staff are very helpful and provide great service. The location is just fabulous for exploring the city. We would recommend for anyone to stay and would stay there if we are back in the city.

Rooms are large for Madrid. Service at front desk was really friendly and helpful. We had an inside room, very little noise if any. Bed and pillows were ok. Location is excellent. Will return.

We had a good stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The hotel is in a centrally located place, close to the city center, shopping, train, Royal Palace and other tourist sites. The breakfast has a wide array of choices both hot and cold and the breakfast buffet waiter is full of smiles! There is also a cafe right across the street and small grocery store just down the street. The only improvement would be to clean the grout in the shower better and install a better shower head. It is an older hotel, but very quaint!
