"Great stay, great value for your money!"

A really cute, clean and classically European hotel. It’s nestled in a really beautiful part of Madrid. I was quite amazed. Very centrally located and my stay was without a single hassle and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

The hotel is a great location within walking distance of all attractions. The room had a kettle, but no tea or coffee was provided. The room and bathroom spacious, but it would have been nice to have a rug on the floor or some decoration on the wall to make it cheerier. All stuff were very helpful. Very friendly to pets

They air conditioning systems don’t work. The first night we stayed the sink was stopped up and they didn’t fix it until the next day. The only good thing is the location. The guy at the front desk was rude.

"Happy! "

The Only problem was with the mattress! To; but to mid! Some room should have mattress with more Carácter! Bad for people with back troubles! So please let them know!!! Claudio

El staff fue muy amable, el hotel está super bien ubicado. No me gustó que no tuvieran el aire acondicionado funcionando lo que nos dijeron es que solo lo ponen a funcionar en Verano.
