"Exceptional"

Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. Staff were polite and friendly.

Booking in was a long process. We arrived 45 minutes early and were unable to book in before 3. Come 3pm the queue to get in was ridiculous with 1 member of staff to start with and alot of people arriving due to a local event.

"Hard beds, could do better"

Very hard beds, everything needs a lick of paint and a good clean. Sticky tables in the bar/restaurant. Cracked unkempt bathrooms. Brown decor could do with a refresh! Took 45 mins to check in as they asked everyone to check in at the same time, ridiculous.

Good location. Reasonable breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Check in took over 30 minutes. Only one of two lifts working. Walls in rooms thin so you could hear everything in the next room and in the corridor.

Clean, comfortable, modern hotel. Excellent aircon on the warmest day of the year. Comfortable beds, quiet at night.

Location wasn't great. Surrounded by building sites 10 minutes to bus stop. 15 minutes to the actual bay. In-room tea/coffee offering was poor for a 4*
